The Challenge: 366 days of incremental increasing pushups and sit-ups. Each day of the year, add 1 pushup and 1 sit-up.

Jan 1: 1 pushup, 1 sit-up
Jan 2: 2 pushups, 2 sit-ups
Feb 19: 50 pushups, 50 sit-ups
Dec 31: 366 pushups, 366 situps!

The pushups/sit-ups don’t have to be done consecutively, just done that day. Do the math and over the year that’s 66795 sit-ups, and 66795 pushups: 133590 reps total.
